Music Hall Investigation - April 15, 2010
The Cincinnati Music Hall is the most famously haunted site in Ohio. This historic building was built on the site of Cincinnati's first public hospital, the Commercial Hospital and the Lunatic Hospital. The conditions of the hospital were horrible, and the patients were treated very poorly. The dead were thrown into mass graves in the field known as Potter's Field, which was moved in order to make way for Music Hall. Because countless bodies were disturbed in this process, Music Hall is a very paranormally active site. Employees have seen shadowy figures and heard strange noises. It is reported that one night guard walked into a ghostly dance in the ballroom of Music hall one night. He claims to have seen a large party of people dressed in 19th century clothing dancing in the ball room. He left to call the supervisor, and, to his surprise, no event had been schedule for that night. When he went back up to the ballroom, it was completely empty. There are many more stories of paranormal events in the grand building.
